All is good in peru

internet cafes, money exchanges, restaurants and tour guides crowd the busy busy street. I am really enjoying things in Peru. I have never had better pizza, it rivals the pizza i had in Edmonton at JJ´s dads favourite bar.

JJ this is for u, but we found a hookah bar on our first night in Cuzco, my traveling buds didnt like the idea of smoking... so we just listened to live music and played asshole. Met some british travellers there.

This morning was filled with a freezing shower, the hostel promised hot water but they lied. Oh well... the best news is that the airport had our bags. The taxi to the airport was only 5 Sol, 1.2 US$, but the hostel van that took us home was 10 sol. I don´t think that was a good idea. But it is a good idea to find GOOD drivers in Cusco because there appears to be no road rules. They drive fast down tiny tiny one way streets with ppl dodging in and out. There are NO lanes, few lights and ppl park in the middle of the street not the sides. I have pics but i haven´t figured out how to post them. I am working on that.

We book a tour for sunday to a massive market in a small town just out side of Cuzco... i am a little scared of getting there... drivers are crazy. we all so started the tourist thing today. We purchased a toursit ticket, which is a ticket that gets up into 16 museums, dance performances, and such things.

It is amazing here, but things don´t happen instanous... things happen manana (tomorrow) which isn´t the attitude i am used to. I am trying thou.

Luv ya

Later.

I have my bags yayyaya. I was so happy for CLEAN SOCKS.

Hey gorgeous.
I am actually so insanely jealous! AAH! But yes. If you think the traffic there is bad.. yeah, just wait until Thailand. Muhahaha! They are actually all insane. It's like the derby all the time. Every day. On the bright side, you burn calories like ALL THE TIME, because you always fear for your life... How's the male bonding + you going?!? Anyways, have fun. Oh yeah, when are you going to be in Australia? Okay. Bye lovely! Chem marks still aren't up.

Alisha: got some news for you! A Mrs. Hutchinson call here for you. I appears you came in third place for the "Class of 54" scholarship, and since the winners didn't claim their prize after two years, they are re awarding it and you are getting $1700.00.

Good news huh! I will give you the details on claiming it when you are back, just thought you would like to know.

And no you are not spending it in Thailand!

Gordon says - stop eating pizza, thats american food - eat peruvian food. He is quite insistant!!
