FULLMOON PARTY on Koh Phangan Jan 2007. It was a shit show. I was still sick from New Year's party... so it was a night of drinking lots of water and dancing my ass off. I headed to the party of 20000 ppl with 14 friends and we managed to stick together until 3am. After that ppl starting heading home or hitting up their favourite music at the various bars along the beach. I found some good junlg beat and danced with 3 of the original 14 and a couple randoms that ended up on their own. Travelling about making friends.
Ok tonight I am taking the night ferry off this Island. I can't take any more sun tanning. I am actually missing home and all my friends. Its weird... if I am not busy, it seems that I wait to head home. I don't have a problem meeting people, thats the easy part.... but I only spend a couple days to a couple days with them. Its getting hard... but then again travelling isn't supposed to be all fun and games. Its an adventure to become a bigger and better person I guess.

Ban Tai Beach is where I stayed while I was living on the Island, at Mac's Bay Resort. It was an awesome place with amazing ppl and great staff. I would totally recomment it to anyone. And it was only 20mins from the main party area. I felt like I was in the middle of no where, but still apart of it all.

Jan 2. I needed to get off the beach. I am not used to all this laying around and chillin. So I met up with some sydney chics and they were going hiking...so I joined in. We hike what was called the green dot trail. It was literally just a barely minimal trail that we almost lost a couple times. But The end point was worth the sweat of hiking over the mountain, while little hill. It was the start of my detoxing days.

The picture lies a little. There were lots of ppl of the beach.

We all miss you too don't forget! Looking forward to seeing you very soon. Glad you are gettting off the beach once in a while and seeing some other sights (more beach). Got the room booked in Sydney, $75 for the 3 of us. Bit more expense than SE Asia but very cheap for Sydney. We may not be able to all be in the room at the same time (small?).Take Care, Mom
